Thanksgiving

One of many photos taken to put in the Christmas card. I will post the "chosen" ones later.
My sister

My brothers with the boys
My handsome little man. He has seemed so big to Larry and I lately. He has been wearing his Christmas sweaters and big boy dress clothes, I am wanting to just keep him at this stage forever. His lisp and his innocence touch my heart!

Radio City Rockettes

We had an awesome opportunity the night before we went to VA to see the Rockettes for FREE!! It was a preview night before the opening of their show on Thursday. We found out about it at 6pm. After many steps that led me to the right person at the right time our tickets were taken to the concierge at 7:05pm. We we were in the car by 7:15 and headed to The Fox to see the show. I was so excited and our good friend Saji, who didn't even know who the Rockettes were, came with us. The kids were in awe the whole time and still try and dance like the Toy Soldier scene. THANK YOU CAROLYN!!!

Hand trees

We traced our forearms and hands and glued them to the background color of our choice
We used our fingers to make each individual leaf

Using paint and sponge brushes we added more leaves
We covered a host of things just in one craft. Colors(primary, secondary etc), Seasons, Health(our body) and last but not least...FUN!!!

Mom-I particularly love how big Katherine made my feet ;)

Evan-Hair sticking straight up
Katherine-her feet and LONG hair were extra special additions
Here you see Baby Sean above Katherine's head. She didn't want to leave him out.

We studied Creation. On the sixth day God created man and female in his own image.

Butterfly Wedding

Katherine was asked to be apart of the Arreaz/Trammell wedding at the beginning of November. She did a GREAT job and spent a whole day with Mommy just doing grown-up girly things.

She was able to lead the whole group of butterflies and a ring bearer down the aisle- a responsibility I knew she could handle ;)

Here she is filling the two-hour ceremony time with her version of the bride. Using a tithing envelope and a pew pen.She was very proud of her successful attempt at getting a bouquet!

Fall Loves

We went to the Vick family reunion a couple of weeks ago. Evan and Katherine were playing on the fence. I whipped out the camera as fast as I could and snapped a photo.

My Little Punkins!!

He was spiderman that day and I only got a few pics without spider hands or moves!
This is one of my favorites- I love how Sean is laughing with Katherine
My girl...we argued about what she was going to wear and the compromise was this halter dress with the pumpkin shirt I picked with the boots that were hand-me-downs. She REALLY likes it when bags come full of clothes and shoes from her cousins. She rumages through and tries on everything then asks Daddy what the weather is going to be so she can decide what she will wear the next day. (she gets Summer and Winter from them) She is so expressive through her clothing. it constantly challenges Mommy to see the beauty within not what is mismatched on teh outside ;)
This is the best Family shot I got. Guess the perfect shot wasn't meant to be this year.
Happy FALL!! We are enjoying ourselves. We have taken may walks, done Fall crafts and of course eaten Pumpkin Pie.

A walk in the woods

Larry is always taking us outdoors. He loves to go to places where we don't have any pavement. This particular day we started out in the van singing songs. He began with "Somebody's knockin at the door, somebody's ringin the bell" and the kids gladly finished with "open the door let him in...oohh ohhh" I had a feeling it was going to be a great day and I was right!!!
My favorite part of our day was walking back with the children and singing a new song unto the Lord for what a great day we were having. They each came up with different tunes and words for their songs and my heart was SO full.

We headed out on a beautiful November morning to take a hike. We found a wonderful nature trail in Suwanee and found leaves as big as our head.
