Fellowship night at the Vick's

This is some of the fun that everyone thinks our babies should have as we fellowship during the week. Sean is still not so sure they have his best in mind. Arianna seems to think this could be fun but we took about eight pictures and in each one Sean is looking at everyone saying "can you please do something about this girl in my chair!!"

Katherine got all of her tea saet out and Evan got his cars.

Norah's Visit

Norah, We loved having you come to our house to play. You watched the other kids and wanted to play too. You slept when the boys took their naps and you laughed a lot. Katherine wanted to give you a bottle and you did better with her then you did with me. She is a natural at being a Mommy. Hope you come again soon. We love you.

Easter

Easter weekend was so much fun. It started Friday night when a group of us braved the storm and went out to celebrate with our friends the Pockrus'. They purchased a house here in Gwinnett close to the community of house churches we are apart of. They found a great deal and closed on Friday. Saturday we spent the ENTIRE day cleaning and preparing for everyone to come to our house for Easter lunch. Two loads to the dump, one load to goodwill, One load to my parents and new bunk beds for the kids. We went out for dinner at Bahama Breeze and it was super tasty. Sunday was the celebration we look forward to almost as much as Christmas and all day there was family and friends close by. We had the Easter egg hunt in our new backyard and had about 17 people. We couldn't have asked for better weather and all of us stayed out until bedtime.

Evan took this picture of us.
Chocolate stains on his shirt that still have not come out.

Their cousin Emma and a mouth full of a freshly peeled, hard boiled, colored egg.
My brothers love the kids and I am so thankful for such great guys to be apart of my young boys lives. They play with them, read to them, spend time listening to them and most of all rough house to their hearts content.

Movie Night

Our friends, the Klerks, came over Monday night for a movie night. We met Mikayla and her mom in the park when Katherine was 6 months old. Then we both were pregnant at the same time with our boys as well. It has been so much fun watching them change and be great friends.

I am eating them up today!!!

Aquarium

It was a rainy cold Wednesday but we had our tickets and we were ready to go. The Aquarium is running a special called Mommy and Me. One adult pass up to four free kids passes and your parking included. We met two of our friends there and had a great time. We printed off our ticket before we left and you can see Katherine holding it tightly as we waited in line. Sean stayed home with Nana so it was just a special outing with the two older ones.

Right as you enter they have an observing tank that is as big as a movie screen. It overwhelmed the kids.

We ventured on to the walkway where I heard "Woah" and "look mom" about a hundred times. They each picked up a chart before we entered and were very dedicated to finding everything on it.
This is my favorite picture. They both loved playing the I spy game. They would search for each fish so diligently.

Evan took this one.
After Lunch we headed over to an area where they could touch the starfish. Katherine was a little shy at first but then they both had their hands in the tank.

My babies aren't so little anymore.

Katherine found a computer that would help her learn about the fish and coral she was observing in the tank. She spent quite a lot of time trying to read and sound out the different names of all the fish.

Thank you Daddy for working so hard so we can go on all these great field trips!!
