Is it time??

It is the middle of July. I have not posted in AWHILE. Pictures have been taken, life has been enjoyed and here I sit feeling aweful that I am not documenting. I am sure many of you feel this way this Summer but taking a few minutes to write def. will help me feel better about being blank.

Maybe before I have my wisdom teeth taken out in two weeks I will update but for now it is on to some peace and quiet while my hubby is out telling people about Jesus!

Sean-10 Months old

10 Months old and he is full of joy and laughter. He loves to follow the kids all around. He still takes two naps a day and nurses with Mommy. His favorite foods are homemade chicken casserole and yogurt w/ bananas. You can see his little mind processing things that are going on around him and it won't be too much longer before he is talking more. He will fuss at the kids and wave his little finger.

Vacay in HHI

We went on vacation in July. We made our way to Hilton Head after picking up my sister Katie from our family reunion in NC. We had a wonderful time. So much so that we only have these photos. We were just too busy to take pictures...I guess. We rode bikes, went to the beach, went crabbing after dinner and went to the pool. Having Katie with us meant that Larry and i could go on a date and he took me to a fabulous place called, Aqua! There was a waterfall inside and a view of the gardens and beach from where we were sitting. We went out to the dock after wards where they had a huge deck for just sitting and relaxing. The pictures below were taken when we went to Harbourfest which has live music, dancing, ice cream and toy vendors and an amazing scenery. They finished the evening with fireworks. The kids LOVED it. We have a ton of video of them dancing with the entertainer...On stage!! Yes, that would be my children!!

Finally B-day time

Momma got sick the day before her 5th b-day party and we had to post pone the big day. She was GREAT about it and I was very proud of her. We ended up having a party in the backyard and everybody brought a picnic lunch. We ate on picnic blankets in the living room and had a dance recital. The brothers of all these sisters performed as well and if I can learn how to get the video up you will fall on the floor in laughter!!

Fancy Nancy
My little girl is five and we have a great year ahead of us. Art classes, Kindergarten and her second year of ballet. She is passionate about everything and loves her friends dearly. We have our good and bad days but the good ones have been outnumbering the bad. She is full of imagination and sings quite loud with all of the songs on her favorite Barbie movies. Right now it is The Island Princess. She hates to have her hair brushed and wears a dress everyday. Nightgowns are a must and shorts are only for days when we are getting dirty. Has she seen her dresses?? She gets dirty everyday. I love that she can be digging in the backyard catching frogs in a dress like the one in the pic. She is very well rounded ;) She finished swimming lessons with flying colors and has been getting better at picking things up off the bottom of the pool. She knows what it means to be modest and her Daddy or her brother is who she is going to marry. I love you Baby girl and look forward to all that will change this coming year!

Painting

We went to Family night a couple of weeks ago. This time two other families went with us. We came with quite a few kids between us and we left with a Clown, Princess, Butterfly, Elephant and a Tiger.

Katherine was again inspired and started making her own face creation. Here she is showing us her painted face on paper and then how she copied it onto her face.



Our back porch has turned into the art room. They paint, play-doh, and laugh so much while they are out there. Every once in awhile I gasp at the new creation...on their bodies, but hey it is Summer and they can just play in the sprinkler to wash off.

9 months and crawling

Quite a few mornings we found him on all fours in his bed rocking back and forth.
The week before vacation he was off and now he is into everything! Out come the gates.



We all would go in so proud of him. he would get super excited and just holla at us with his mouth wide open.

Brothers

Evan has spent many hours playing cars. He now plays with Sean and has taught him to make the car sound "vroom". Sean happily takes the car and will fly it through the air while making the "vroom" sound that his older brother taught him.
