Last night I was awakened around 4am.
I had contractions at
4:05am
4:11am
4:16am
4:25am
4:30am
Each contraction would last about 15-20 seconds.
I was uncomfortable and saw how much more I need to get ready emotionally and mentally to birth this beautiful baby.

Uterine Irritability is 20-30 seconds, to be a contraction it should be greater than 40 seconds.
